Josiah Hincks Solicitors, who have offices in Leicester, Coalville, Syston, Blaby and Market Harborough, have been unveiled as the NFU’s Tim Sell Legal Panel Excellence Award 2020 winners.
Josiah Hincks are one of just three law firms picked by the leading farming organisation to provide crucial legal advice to its East Midlands members, as part of the NFU’s wide range of services available to members.
Andrew Eagle and his team fought off strong competition from across the country to emerge as the national winners.

Josiah Hincks have dealt with a number of complex cases in the past year and have led the way with a sensitive approach.
Amongst the firm’s exceptional work was supporting a group of dairy farmers in recovering money owed to them and enabling some to terminate their contracts without resorting to litigation; particularly important during these unprecedented times. The amount recovered for many small, medium and large producers is nearly £2m.
