Applicants need to submit their completed application form with all the supporting evidence by 31 August, the deadline for Mid-Tier Countryside Stewardship applications.
Not all stewardship options require supporting evidence. The tool is an easy way of identifying when evidence is needed as part of the application process. If supporting evidence is not submitted when it’s required it can lead to that option being removed from the application.
The new evidence tool can be found here. By simply entering the option code it will highlight the evidence requirements. The tool covers both options and capital items that could be included in a Mid-Tier application.
Remember where evidence is required for an option or capital item, you will need to supply evidence for every land parcel that has the option or capital item. Clearly mark all evidence with the SBI, parcel reference number and the option/item the evidence applies to so that it can be identified on receipt.
