Background
Successful applications will be funded from a National Reserve Fund with the aim of maximising the amount of funding committed under the current CAP schemes. The National Reserve Fund has been created from the balance of the original Growth Programme allocation of CAP funds of £175.5m not committed to existing projects. There is expected to be over £30m available in this round.
The themes of Food Processing, Business Development and Tourism Infrastructure are available as with previous rounds of this scheme. The minimum grant for all themes is £20,000, with the maximum grant being c£175,000 for Business Development and Tourism Infrastructure, and £750,000 for Food Processing. If there is high demand for these grants Full Applications will be reviewed to ensure that the best value projects are supported.
