This Business Guide outlines the regulatory process in England for the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2006 as amended (EIA). It is intended to explain your obligations under the EIA regulations, which are in place to protect rural land in England, that’s uncultivated or semi-natural, from changes in agricultural activities which may cause damage.
