10:30-10:45  Opening Address - NFU President

NFU President Minette Batters opens our first virtual annual conference. From flooding to the Trade Bill, the pandemic to access rights issues, this has been an unprecedented year for us all. Minette will talk through how the NFU has been working closely with government and industry stakeholders over the past year on behalf of NFU members as well as the work the NFU continues to do and has planned for this next year and the future.

10:45-11:35  Government address - Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs

Your opportunity to hear from and pose questions to The Rt Hon George Eustice MP, Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Championing the work of British farmers and growers, Minette addresses the key issues facing the farming sector by posing your questions to the Secretary of State.
