Amelia Stratton is the NFU’s head of member experience.
She took on this role in 2023, bringing extensive experience in communications, marketing, and engagement across a range of complex sectors.
Before joining the NFU, Amelia was the North West & Central director of communications & engagement at Network Rail and has held key roles in engagement, wellbeing, communications, and marketing at East Midlands Railway, the NHS, and Nottingham Trent University.
Her team is responsible for member recruitment marketing, events such as the annual NFU Conference and the NFU’s presence at trade shows, as well as national member engagement activity.
Their work ensures NFU members are informed, engaged, and supported throughout their membership.
