Dylan heads up the NFU Cymru policy and communications departments, based at NFU Cymru HQ, Royal Welsh Showground.
The NFU Cymru policy and communications team are responsible for representing NFU Cymru members interests in relation to devolved agricultural policy, regulatory and animal health and welfare matters and for ensuring positive relationships with supply chain partners operating within Wales.
Dylan has been in his current role since October 2008.
Prior to his current role, Dylan was a policy adviser within NFU Cymru and also spent some time as the NFU chief livestock adviser in Stoneleigh. Before joining NFU Cymru Dylan worked as an animal health officer for the State Veterinary Service.
Dylan was born and bred on a small family farm in West Wales and gained a BSc honours degree in Agriculture from Aberystwyth University.
