Find out how the NFU can help you with the many infrastructure projects affecting the East region.

Solar farms, power line projects, road schemes, water pipelines: the East has seen a large number of major infrastructure projects over the past few years, and the number is set to grow.

The NFU East team has been working hard to help members who need our support, including lobbying developers and raising members’ concerns.

To provide additional support, we are holding a series of meetings at key locations. These will be facilitated by NFU Environment and Land Use Adviser Bee Barton-Broomhead, who leads on infrastructure.

Bee will highlight the projects relevant to the local area and the role the NFU can play. We will then open up to questions, where you can air your concerns and highlight common issues arising from any infrastructure projects on the ground.
